No. Hemscheidt and VSE remain two independent legal entities. There is no merger, no acquisition and no consolidation of the companies. What’s changing is how we present ourselves to the market together — not how the companies are structured legally or financially.
Hemscheidt VSE
In brief
- No merger, no acquisition, no reorganisation. Hemscheidt and VSE remain two independent legal entities.
- What’s changing: our presentation — logo, identity, website and communication.
- What isn’t changing: your contact person, your contracts, your prices, your products, part numbers, delivery times, service and both locations.
- What you need to do: nothing. You don’t need to sign, confirm or adjust anything.
Hemscheidt VSE
Where we come from
Hemscheidt and VSE are two independent companies, each with their own history, expertise and customer relationships. Hemscheidt has been part of the HÜBNER Group for a number of years. In 2021, VSE also joined the group.
From that point on, the collaboration really took shape: two companies with complementary knowledge, under one roof, working ever more closely together ever since. We took on projects together and served customers with combined expertise. The line between a “Hemscheidt project” and a “VSE project” faded — not through reorganisation, but through the way the two teams work together in practice.
In short: Hemscheidt’s mechanical and hydraulic knowledge and VSE’s electronics, software and systems knowledge have long since become one, in the projects we deliver for you.
Hemscheidt VSE
Why we're taking this step
That collaboration has existed for years. You just haven’t seen much of it from the outside. Two names, two websites, two communication channels — while in reality you’ve been working with one team for a long time.
That gap between the inside and the outside creates confusion: who should you contact, which service belongs to which company, and what can the combination of the two actually do for you? We want to remove those questions.
The next step is therefore not a merger, not an acquisition, and not a strategic restructuring. It is an adjustment to how Hemscheidt and VSE present themselves — so that the outside reflects the inside.
Hemscheidt VSE
What's changing
The changes are visible, but limited to our presentation. They don’t affect your business operations, your contracts or day-to-day service.
A shared identity
Hemscheidt and VSE now present themselves with a new, shared brand identity: one joint logo, one identity and consistent communication materials.
A new website
There’s now one joint website showing the full breadth of the collaboration: products, services, expertise and contacts from both companies, all in one place.
What stays the same
Hemscheidt VSE
What this means for you
We’re not doing this because it looks better, but because it makes your work easier:
- One point of entry for the whole story. You’ll find steering, suspension and damping systems in one place, instead of spread across two websites.
- Faster access to the right specialist. You no longer need to work out whether your question “belongs to Hemscheidt or VSE”. Just ask it, and we’ll put the right people on it.
- The full picture of what we can do together. Mechanics, hydraulics, electronics and software in one portfolio — exactly the combination that more and more projects call for.

How to recognise us
Our e-mail addresses and telephone numbers stay the same. You will, however, see a new logo and a new identity in our e-mails, documents and on our website.
Not sure whether a message really comes from us? Call your regular contact on the number you already use. We will never ask you by e-mail to change payment details or confirm new bank details. Our bank details and invoicing details are not changing as a result of this step.

About the step itself
Is this a merger?
Is this an acquisition?
No. Neither company has been acquired by the other or by a third party. The ownership structure of both companies remains unchanged.
So why are you doing this?
The collaboration between Hemscheidt and VSE has existed in practice for years. Customers have long been served with combined expertise. The new identity makes that visible — so that as a customer you immediately see what you’ve already been experiencing for years: one point of contact, combined knowledge.
Will the names Hemscheidt and VSE disappear?
No. Both names remain. You’ll now see them within one shared identity, instead of as two fully separate brands.
Does this change the relationship with the HÜBNER Group?
No. Both companies are part of the HÜBNER Group, and that remains the case. This step doesn’t change that.
Contact and communication
Will my contact person change?
No. Your regular point of contact at Hemscheidt or VSE remains the same person. No teams are being merged or reassigned as a result of this step. Should anything ever change around your contact person in future, you’ll hear about it personally and well in advance.
Who can I contact with questions about this change?
Your existing contact person. They’re fully informed and will answer all your questions.
Are e-mail addresses changing?
No. Existing employee e-mail addresses remain in use and will not be changed.
Is the website address changing?
Existing addresses will automatically bring you to the new joint website. You don’t need to update your bookmarks.
Contracts, prices and invoicing
Will my contracts or ongoing agreements change?
No. All existing contracts, framework agreements, purchasing agreements and SLAs remain fully in force. There is no legal or contractual change as a result of this step. Should anything ever change, you’ll be informed formally and in writing, in line with the terms of your contract.
Do I need to sign or reconfirm anything?
No. There’s nothing you need to do. Existing agreements simply continue.
Will invoicing details, bank account numbers or company registration numbers change?
Not as a result of this step. The legal entities remain unchanged. Should invoicing details ever change, you’ll be informed in writing beforehand.
Which name will appear on my invoices going forward?
The same name as now. The invoice comes from the same legal entity as before; only the design may look different.
Are prices changing?
No, not as a result of this step. Any future price adjustments will always follow the normal process: announced in writing, in line with the terms of your contract.
Do I need to change anything in my own systems, such as supplier details or purchase orders?
No. Names, part numbers, entities and payment details stay the same, so there’s nothing to change in your ERP or purchasing system.
Products, quality and delivery
Are product names or part numbers changing?
No. The product portfolio, specifications and part numbers remain unchanged. Existing drawings, documentation and certificates keep their validity.
Do certifications and quality documents remain valid?
Yes. Certificates, inspection documents and quality declarations remain fully valid. The standards we work to, and the way we develop and manufacture, are not changing either.
Is anything changing about service or delivery times?
No. Service contracts, maintenance programmes and agreed delivery times remain in force. The same team carries out the work.
Will spare parts and aftersales support for existing systems remain available?
Yes. Spare parts supply, technical support and aftersales for existing systems continue unchanged.
Do I need to replace old documentation or drawings?
No. Existing documentation remains valid. New documents will gradually appear in the new identity, with the same content and the same part numbers.
Locations and organisation
Will both locations stay open?
Yes. Both Hemscheidt and VSE sites remain fully operational. Visiting addresses, telephone numbers and opening hours are not changing.
Does this affect employees?
No. Nothing changes about the teams, roles or way of working. The same people do the same work.
For partners and suppliers
I'm a distributor or partner — do I need to update my materials?
Eventually, yes, but not today. We’ll provide you with the new logo, identity guidelines and updated product images. You can keep using existing printed materials until your stock runs out; for digital materials, we ask you to use the new materials as soon as you’ve received them.
Where can I find the new logo and imagery?
Ask your regular contact person, and you’ll receive the complete package with logos, identity guidelines and imagery.
What if I have another question?
Get in touch with your regular contact person. We’re happy to answer all your questions personally.
