We are pleased to inform you that VSE has been fully acquired by the HÜBNER Group, a leading international supplier to the bus and rail industries, with immediate effect. We have found a partner in HÜBNER that recognises the potential of our technical expertise and will enable us to gain greater market access and the associated growth opportunities.
The HÜBNER Group is best known for its articulation systems, which are used worldwide in buses and rail vehicles. In recent years, the Kassel-based group has expanded its product portfolio beyond its market-leading transition and elastomer sealing systems for buses and rail vehicles.
The group includes Hemscheidt, a chassis specialist that develops and manufactures chassis systems at its site in Haan (near Düsseldorf). HÜBNER, Hemscheidt and VSE share the aim of securing a leading position in the market for advanced chassis solutions for commercial vehicles, buses and rail vehicles. To this end, VSE and Hemscheidt are forming the HÜBNER Chassis Technology business unit.
As a customer, you will notice virtually no change. The same points of contact will remain available within VSE via the same contact details. You can continue to rely on our technical expertise and the quality of our products. However, by joining forces with HÜBNER and Hemscheidt, we will be able to drive developments forward more effectively and bring them to market more quickly. This will allow us to better meet the growing demand for chassis solutions.
